I am committed to a new communication model based on generosity, responsibility and integrity. The model that most people used is based on blame, guilt, manipulation and judgements which force people into choosing who is right and who wrong. The model I adhere to sees all people as doing the best they can and showing them ho to be in control of their life rather than being a reaction to their circumstances.

My experience is diverse. I have worked with people from many varied backgrounds including a range of corporate, government, welfare, school education disability services and TAFE Disability services.

I have a good understanding of many of the issues that arise when dealing with workplace disputes. I have presented a number of Conflict Resolution Training Sessions to a number of local clients including, Lithgow Council, Newcrest Mines Dubbo Council and the Central West Group Apprentices.

In recent times I have worked extensively as a Mediator and Mediation Trainer for corporate clients. I also used my Mediation and Conflict Coaching Skills in my roles as Authorised Person for Home Schooling with the NSW Board of Studies and in my position as an Official Visitor for Mental Health Services.
I believe that commitment to alternate dispute resolution and knowledge of the psychology of conflict make me an ideal choice as a mediator and /or Conflict Coach.
